We seem to be continuously "under-construction" but that keeps
life fun! We've gotten rather used to living in our
"UFO!" Our long-arm quilting machine took up a lot of
space in our family room for awhile. Needless to say, we
celebrated when our new studio was ready for occupancy!
Our
home and studio are smoke free. And, much to the
frustration of our "furry" family members ~ Jack, our
Golden Retriever, and Cleo and Poco (our cats) the
studio is also a "pet free" zone!
We use a state-of-the-art
APQS Millennium longarm sewing machine here at The
Sewfari. The great features of this top of the line
machine include an automatic stitch regulator, power
fabric advance, lower thread cutter, and automatic
channel locks for straight line (horizontal and

designs are guided by our skilled quilter,
not a computer! The APQS machine becomes an extension
of her hands, allowing for her to stitch your quilt
easier and with more precision than you could ever
